Thank you for your interest in joining us for the 2025 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Convention! Please complete this pre-registration form to become an Exhibitor at the 2025 NFHCA Annual Convention from January 15-17 in Lake Mary, Florida. You will be contacted within three business days of your submission to discuss booth and sponsorship availability. Your booth is reserved once payment is received. Cancellation Policy: There is a 50% nonrefundable deposit assumed on each exhibitor registration when payment is submitted. No refunds will be provided for cancellation requests on or after October 16, 2024.
