NFHCA Hall of Fame Nomination Form

The NFHCA is currently accepting nominations for the NFHCA Hall of Fame.

The purpose of the NFHCA Hall of Fame program is to recognize, honor and perpetuate the memory
and/or career of those individuals who, through their coaching, umpiring, administrative or supporting
roles, have made outstanding contributions to the sport of field hockey.

Nominees shall have demonstrated excellence in one or more of the following areas during their
careers:

  • Coaching performance
  • Umpiring performance
  • Championship participation and successes at an elite level
  • Coaching players to significant honors, and/or
  • Service to the sport through associations and the development of the profession

Inductees shall possess the highest standards of ethical and sporting behavior and shall be
considered ambassadors to the sport of field hockey.

Nominations are accepted annually and reviewed by the NFHCA Hall of Fame Committee.
