Nomination for 2025 NFHCA Board of Directors

Board Member responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Being informed & staying engaged
  2. Supporting the Association and providing strategic direction and guidance as needed
  3. Representing the respective Division or member group within the membership
  4. Supporting the implementation and effectiveness of Association programs and initiatives
  5. Maximizing stakeholder and membership support
  6. Meeting or exceeding ethical standards and expectations
  7. Helping secure operating funds and providing ongoing financial oversight
  8. Attending board and committee meetings as well as special events 
  9. Reviewing meeting agendas, minutes, and materials related to discussions
  10. Serving on committees or task forces and taking on special assignments as needed
  11. Being an ambassador of the NFHCA
 

2025 NFHCA Board of Directors Nomination Form

Board service is integral to the success of the NFHCA. Terms of Service consist of three (3) consecutive years. All terms of office begin on March 1 and end on the last day of February, with the exception of the Honorary Member position, which may begin at a different time of the year as appointed. There is a two-consecutive term limit for each position on the Board of Directors.
