Designed as a platform to enhance your goalkeeping knowledge on and off the field, the NFHCA Ready2Coach goalkeeping clinic provides field hockey coaching education, professional development, and networking opportunities for coaches at all levels. The Goalie Trainer, Emily Snowden, delivers a positive playing experience for coaches. 2:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m.: On-field Interactive Workshop & Instruction

The Goalie Trainer facility is indoors and is not temperature controlled. Parking is limited and please bring a filled water bottle and chair should you want to sit during the presentations.

Details - Each Ready2Coach clinic features expert clinicians who will share ideas, strategies, drills, techniques, and more. This NFHCA Ready2Coach Clinic will focus on these key coaching fundamentals:

Technical: Tracking, shooting, passing/receiving, 1v1 defending and attacking, etc.
Tactical: Possession, outletting, pressing, transitional attack and defense, red zone execution, midfield transfers, penalty corners, etc.
Practice & Game Preparation: Practice planning, drill design, conditioning, team formations, interchange substitution, recovery, travel planning, game warm-ups, etc.
Leadership & Team Management: Cultivating culture, mindset development, player development, emotional Intelligence, communication, team building, communicating etc.

Following the conclusion of this Ready2Coach Regional Clinic, all participants will receive a certificate of completion from the NFHCA.
